I run a holding company of e-commerce businesses and the software that runs them: physical product brands, SaaS for operators, and a new line of made-for-you digital products, from books to music to film. I shipped my first AI application in 2017, before AI meant language models. Today agents I wrote do most of the operating work, in the companies and in my life.

What runs without me

Every one of these used to be a tab I had open.

    Writes the copy, renders the image, launches the ad as a paused draft, and ships it once every check passes.

The rule is simple. If a task touches a screen, it gets a system. The system gets a watchdog. I get a summary.

The whole point

I run my entire life this way, not just the companies.

Texts, email, calendar, bills, the briefing that starts my day. If it touches a screen, an agent handles it, and it does the job better than you or I would: it never forgets, never gets bored, and writes down why.

The only real obstacle is the worry about the word AI. Get past it and it transforms your life. I say that as an engineer, not a fan. I shipped my first AI application in 2017, when the word meant models you trained and evaluated yourself.
